1 Cancellations can be made informally and must be confirmed in writing by the hotel.
2. in the high season (from Good Friday – November 10 of the year), individual reservations can be canceled free of charge up to seven days before arrival. If you cancel up to three days before arrival, we will charge 50% of the agreed total price. From two days before planned arrival and no-show, 90 % of the total agreed room price will be charged.
3 Cancellations of groups (3 rooms or more) and planned longer booking periods (5 nights or more) of individual guests are accepted free of charge up to 30 days before the planned arrival date. Cancellations between the 29th and 15th day before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total price. Cancellations from the 14th day and no-shows will be charged 90% of the agreed total price.
4. in the low season (from November 11 to Maundy Thursday of the year), individual reservations can be canceled free of charge up to three days before arrival. From two days before planned arrival and no-show, 90% of the total agreed room price is due.
5. in the event of early departure, the entire agreed travel price is due.
6. the hotelier is obliged in good faith to let unused rooms to other parties in order to avoid cancellations. In the event of any re-letting, the cancellation costs shall be reimbursed accordingly.
