Our hotel has been awarded a certificate by ABCert GmbH, which entitles us to declare a large selection of tested products from our breakfast buffet as “organic”. Cheese, dairy products, juices, bread and rolls, muesli, grains and honey come from controlled organic cultivation. Sausage and eggs are sourced from local artisan producers who guarantee constant freshness and high quality. Lactose-free milk and gluten-free components are also available.
